Measure first and know what you need before you buy.
The size of some universal joint bearings/crosses is:
- Cup OD: 22 mm
- Cup depth: unknown
- Distance across: 50 mm
Thanks to Hayden for sending me the following resource for measuring U-joints and identifying manufacturers and cross-references.
Possible cross-reference for the U-joint bearing/cross
Del sent me the following cross-reference information for his V1000 I-Convert.
Del sourced 22 mm × 50.2 mm bearings/crosses by cross-referencing a part used on Kawasaki quads. Del had to thin the snap rings slightly to make them work (note the difference between 50 mm and 50.2 mm. He did this by using a sander wheel on a bench grinder. The data on the box that Del purchased is as follows:
- KAWUJ02
- U/83/H
- 222-1107162-00
- Vendor part number: PAUJ-1024
- Reference: ATV702
- Date: P0812
I belive the Kawasaki part number is: 49050-1075.
Here is another part number that might be useful: 058756.
You might try referencing these Kawasaki quad models:
