I thought I'd share a little trick for replacing intake clamps on a V11 EV. I learned to use these years ago when working on Goldwing intakes.
The stock Moto Guzzi clamps work alright, however, the screw tensioner can strip or snap off if corroded.
These clamps from aircraft spruce fit perfectly, provide even clamping pressure around the entire rubber manifold, and won't corrode. At about USD $5.35 a piece, they are hard to beat.
Here is a picture of the clamps and an invoice giving details. The clamps are part number 17800131-10 065-9, and can be ordered online from Aircraft Spruce.
