The original headlight is rare as most were lost when Vetter fairings were fit. Here are a few fastener sizes that may help you source replacements for missing components.
- MG# 17740321: 3 mm × 0.5 mm × 50 mm; believed to be a slotted pan head machine screw. One is needed for each headlight assembly. This fastener is used to adjust the left/right beam angle.
Charlie Mullendore of Antietam Classic Cycle reports that McMaster-Carr part number 91800A140 is a good substitute.
- MG# 17740328: 4 mm × 0.7 mm × 30 mm; believed to be a slotted pan head machine screw. One is needed for each headlight assembly. This fastener is used to secure the chrome trim ring to the painted bucket.

- MG# 17740325 or MG# 17740306 or MG# 19740306: 5 mm × 7.5 mm; pin with groove to accept and

clip. Two are needed for each headlight assembly. This fastener is used to permit the headlight to pivot when adjusting the left/right beam angle. - MG# 17740307; side-mount external retaining ring (

circlip for above pin). Two are needed for each headlight assembly.McMaster-Carr part number 98543A112 is a good substitute.
- MG# 17740329: 3 mm × 0.5 mm × 8 mm; believed to be a slotted flat head screw. Four are needed for each headlight assembly. This fastener is used to secure the two inner rings.
McMaster-Carr part number 91430A118 is a good substitute.
