Here is the data sheet for the temperature sensor that is installed on the right cylinder head. I acquired this document from a posting by Guzzi2Go on the V11 Le Mans forum.

Thanks to Ralf Brinkmann for sending me additional information about the Jaeger cylinder head temperature sensor used on his Moto Guzzi 1100 California EV Jackal. Ralf notes that the resistance curve seems to be equal to the Marelli WTS05 sensor.
