Short pigtail for the neutral indicator light
Applicable to these part numbers:
- Connect the green wire with the 6.3 mm spade terminal to either terminal of the corresponding bulb holder.
Short pigtail for the oil pressure indicator light
Applicable to these part numbers:
- Connect the gray wire with the 6.3 mm spade terminal to either terminal of the corresponding bulb holder.
Short pigtail for the generator indicator light
Applicable to these part numbers:
- Connect the red wire with the 6.3 mm spade terminal to either terminal of the corresponding bulb holder.
Indicator light interconnect
- Connect the white/black wire with the 4 mm female bullet terminal to the corresponding white/black wire with the 4 mm male bullet terminal.
- Connect each 6.3 mm spade terminal to either terminal of each bulb holder for the indicator lights.
- IF PRESENT, connect the blue wire with the 6.3 mm spade terminal to the positive terminal on the tachometer.
Illumination light interconnect
Applicable to these part numbers:
- Connect the white wire with the joined 4 mm female bullet terminal to the corresponding white wire with the 4 mm female bullet terminal.
- Connect each 4 mm female bullet terminal to the corresponding bulb holder for the illumination lights for each gauge.
Tachometer ground
Applicable to these part numbers:
- Connect the black wire with the 3 mm ring terminal to the ground post on the tachometer.
- Connect the other end of the black wire with the 6 mm ring terminal to a ground point on the top triple tree plate.
Tachometer
Applicable to these part numbers:
- At the distributor, connect the black wire with the 5 mm ring terminal to the 5 mm post on the side of the body of the distributor.
- Route the wire under the frame, along the left side of the frame, and up through the left most hole in the top triple tree plate.
- Connect the 6.3 mm spade terminal to the negative terminal on the tachometer.
- IF PRESENT, connect the terminals on the other wire to the positive terminal on the tachometer and the positive terminal on the coil.
