Step 1M: Brake light switch

Brake light switch: Secure the black wire (with insulation stripped and wires tinned with solder) to either of the set screws on the brake light switch. I typically choose the terminal nearest the centerline of the motorcycle only because it is easier to get to now (Aren't you glad you removed the starter?!!). If you are also replacing the brake light sub-harness, now would be a great time to install it.
