Windshield - National Cycle N2230 and N2233

A popular replacement police style windshield is the N2230 and N2233 made by National Cycle (identical except for color).

Choose National Cycle part number N2230 for a clear windshield. Should you prefer the lower half to be black and the upper half clear, select National Cycle part number N2233.

To mount the police windshield, you will need the following original Moto Guzzi parts:

• MG# 13751340 - Right side spot light bracket.
• MG# 13751440 - Left side spot light bracket.
• MG# 13506940 - Right side windshield bracket.
• MG# 13506840 - Left side windshield bracket.

MG Cycle sells replacement spot light brackets and police windshield brackets.

The spot light brackets bolt to the headlight and then to the lower portion of each windshield bracket. The windshield brackets are secured by the lower triple tree clamping bolts and the top bolt that secured the fork tube to the upper triple tree. The spot light brackets provide a great deal of additional rigidity to the windshield.

Note: Moto Guzzi produced dashes with the special notches needed to clear the windshield brackets where they are clamped under the bolts that secure the fork tubes to the upper triple tree. Over the years, many a dash has been ruined by someone cutting or filing a notch just to mount a windshield. Please do not do this. Original dashes in unmolested condition are difficult to find.
