Several wires that connect the tail light and rear turn signals wind up inside the cavity of the tail light bracket. I didn't like the look of the exposed wires since the tail light does not cover all the wires. So I made a cover out of some thin sheet aluminum and painted it black.

The wires are now hidden from view and the back of the Eldo PD has a clean and tidy look.
