Thanks to Charlie Mullendore of Antietam Classic Cycle for sending these photos to me of his testing rig, built from an old bent swing arm. In Charlie's own words:

I decided to make a pressure testing fixture as shown in the shop manual. Patrick Hayes had a mangled swingarm and was nice enough to cut a section from it and machine a cap for the end. All I needed to do was drill and tap the cap for the schrader valve, then have the cap welded on.
