To the best of my knowledge, leg shields were only ever fitted (from the factory) to the Moto Guzzi V700, and I've only ever seen them listed in the 3rd edition of the V700 spare parts catalog. Thanks to George Dockray for sending me these photos of new old stock leg shields.
