POR-15 makes a chassis coating similar to powder coating yet you can brush it on as it self levels. If you scratch or chip it you can easily touch it up again and you won't be able to tell.

+1. Applied with foam brushes, it self-levels especially well. Used to be called Chassis Black now renamed Top Coat.
